Precision on demand

What we deliver:
Sawing
Raw material cut to length and size before further processing. Band saw for round bar up to 440 mm diameter, as well as flat stock.
Turning
Rotating workpieces machined to high precision — cylinders, flanges, shafts, and other round parts. We handle diameters up to 710 mm and lengths up to 2,000 mm.
Milling
Surfaces, slots, holes, and complex shapes milled from solid workpieces. Well suited to parts that cannot be turned, or that need machining from several sides.
Multi-task machining
Turning and milling combined in a single setup. Reduces setup time, increases accuracy, and shortens lead times for complex parts.
Marking
Engraving, laser marking, stamping, or other marking of finished components — to the customer's requirements for traceability and identification.
Measurement
Measuring geometric tolerances on finished parts.
Measuring volume: 1,000 × 900 × 600 mm.

Can you handle single parts and small series?
Yes. We work with everything from single parts and prototypes to production runs. You do not need to order large volumes to receive excellent service.
What do you need from me to provide a quote?
A drawing or 3D model with tolerance requirements and material specifications is what we need. The more complete the documentation, the faster we can return with a price.
Which materials can you machine?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and plastic are the most common. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can handle your material.
