Health, Environment, and Safety
We facilitate a work environment where employees thrive and stay healthy, both physically and mentally. This includes ergonomic adjustments at the machines, access to occupational health services, and thorough safety inspections, all adapted to each individual's needs and work situation.
We are environmentally conscious in our operations and have documented procedures for handling oil and waste. This includes routines for source separation, energy consumption, and measures to reduce our environmental footprint. Please ask us for more information about this.
Workplace safety is a shared responsibility. We work systematically to prevent injuries and unwanted incidents through protective equipment, training, non-conformance handling, and safety representatives, ensuring everyone returns home safely after their workday.
Quality
JB Maskinering operates according to the NS-ISO 9001 standard, and in collaboration with Johnsen Bedriftsrådgivning AS, we have developed our own quality assurance manual. The manual describes our routines for ensuring consistent and high quality in everything we deliver, and can be sent to customers upon request.
In 2026, we will commence the certification process for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as part of further formalizing and developing this work.
